  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packaging is used to prevent bottle breakage during transit.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
